Mix all dry spices and groundnut powder in a bowl.
Thread beef slices onto skewers.
Coat skewers generously in spice mixture on all sides.
Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Grill on high heat for 4-5 minutes each side.
Brush with oil halfway through cooking.
Serve with sliced onions, tomatoes and extra spice powder.
